When we called Madeline Kennedy to sell our home, we were in a very stressful situation. We had unexpectedly purchased a house at auction at the end of November and had missed the cut off date for a campaign and auction before the end of the year. Within a week, Madeline had arranged for a tradesman to help us fix all the things needed doing before the campaign started. She guided us through the process and reassured us when we were unsure of getting a result before the break. With an auction scheduled for February, we were very hopeful of selling before Christmas.
